Executive Assessments

We utilize proven assessment tools and tests to help us gather accurate data about a person.  These assessment tools are well validated through extensive research to ensure that they are an accurate and reliable measure of whatever construct they are developed to assess.  

We have extensive experience assessing individuals through working in clinical and consulting settings, and through assessing many types of clients, including psychiatric patients, all levels of corporate employees, senior managers, and police officers.  We have performed thousands of assessments in the context of selection and development, as well as for diagnostic purposes.  The assessments have varied from clinical to management type assessments.
